Time Change Sunset

 
The robins are here
and it rained last night.
The iris and tulips
are about four inches high
The pear trees have
soft, fuzzy buds and the lilac are
showing signs of waking.
We are planning a garden of
flowers and fruit and veggies
with hanging tomatoes and strawberries.
Can you see the heart?

The Light

I saw Spring light.
It was like the dawn.. glowing,
soft, gentle and warm.
The light so sweetly singing for us
to wake up to new life.
Every morning is full of mercy
and every day holds new promise. 
Do you notice the changing light
of the seasons?

I heard that rain is coming, mixed with snow,
and I am waiting for it. I plan to sit on my bed right
next to the window and listen to the sound of the
rain drops tapping against the glass. And I think I'll
look out the window to see if I can catch a glimpse
of the wild bunnies that live around the house, hurry
for cover under the pine tree and bushes. There were
two out back today..yes I think we will have little
bunnies this Spring and that will thrill my little ones.

I am reading this.. again.
 
..and thinking about weather to frame this or make it a 
pillow top for my bed..
 
..something I'll be doing a bit of for me and my little
girl, lots of little pillows.
 
I started this cross stitch..out of this book..
 
..a really lovely little book that you can find on ebay.
 
I'm looking forward to filling this with memories..
sweet photographs taken and little things said.
I am homekeeping, mothering children, loving my 
husband, pressing in closer to our heavenly Father,
hearing things going on in the world and holding
the truth of who God is closer to my heart.
I am praying believing that He hears and watches
over His word and to preform it. Do you believe
Gods word? and that Jesus is coming again? I do.
The hope of His coming and healing this world is
what keeps me whole and free in my heart and 
His word keeps me well in my soul.
